The formation of the factions

At minute 2, Poland declared war on Russia, North Korea on Germany and the United States, the United States on Russia and China, Brazil on Germany and North Korea, etc... forming these factions: the West, the Emerging, the Apex, and the Pigs.

After the action of the hackers and the invasion of Russia in Ukraine, tensions between the different countries quickly increased. At minute 2 of the Third World War, Poland declared war on Russia, leading other countries to take sides and declare war on other nations. North Korea declared war on Germany and the United States, while the United States declared war on Russia and China.

Thus, four major factions were formed in the war: the West, the Emerging, the Apex, and the Pigs. The West countries were those that had allied with Germany and the United States, while the Emerging countries were those that had allied with Russia and China. The Apex were the countries that did not want to ally with any of the other factions and wanted to remain neutral, and the Pigs were the smaller countries that were forced to take sides but did not have enough power to influence the development of the war.

The formation of the factions was one of the first consequences of the Third World War, and marked the path for the decisions that would be made in the future. As we progress in this story, we will see how each faction faced the others and how they influenced the development of the war.
